Help!!

I am an AOL member with a dial-up account and everytime i try to surf to certain sites i am informed that: The Page Cannot Be Displayed because of i think internet security settings. It also informs me on other ocassions that the program is not responding. If i try via AOL i am informed of an "Error 502". Could someone help me please! Many thanks everyone.
