Tag removal from the line issues

Hi newbie here.... so hi to all

I have been with Eclipse Broadband for years....so i thought!!

however it now appears that my service provider is actually Tiscali. although my username has not changed from the Eclipse login info.

I have not been paying anyone for over a year and a bit now as i dont have a clue who should pay as noone wants to admit to owning my account.

I have been trying to go to Sky Broadband from my service provider however they say i need a mac code.

I called Eclipse, they say i am no longer with them so they cant do anything and i should call Tiscali. they say i have not got an account with them.

I called BT and they can't do anything either...

Can anyone advise me how the heck i can get the TAG removed from my line.

I think if you can prove by means of letter or email from Eclipse and Tiscali that they don't want to recognise that you owe either one or both of them money, I would be tempted to continue to use their services free of charge.
You have at least tried and they won't admit in your words that the provider is actually providing!
