Error message help..

Hey, please can someone help? I got an error message about loading a webpage and i don't know what it means as it doesn't say how to solve it. I have been having problems with my internet NOT loading certain web pages... it loads forever and fails and i don't know why! Can someone please help?

I TRIED to post a picture of the message but as usual when i try and upload it just loads forever so i stop as i KNOW it will come up with the same old message...internet explorer cannot display the webpage.. I have tried other browsers but it doesn't work.
Can someone PLEASE try and help me with this problem? It has been going on for ages and is increasingly annoying! Pages such as when i TRY and log into myspace just DOESN'T work, and also when i upload or submit something it normally loads forever and then DOESN'T WORK! It is so annoying and i have tried everything i thought of!
Anyone heard of this problem or can suggest something to try with a step by step tutorial? Pleasee help me! This is the most annoying thing ever...
My internet is ADSL provided by Telefonica in spain by the way..

Sorry i don't know how old you are so don't take this the wrong way but it could be parental controls blocking certain web pages.
If it's your own computer and parental controls are not set up then it must be something else.

Ok but i am ot some young guy, I am 16 and i am sure i would of figured out ifthere were parental controls.. and i know there aren't any.
Can someone PLEASE HELP!?
So many pages don't load so i can do jack all on this stupid computer!
PLEEAASSE HELP! The person who resolves this problem should be rewarded with a medal!

Have you tried a system restore to a date before the problem started.
