broadband disconnects when using phone, engaged for incoming

Lightning 2 nights ago damaged sky box and broadband connection. New modem and new microfilters fitted (exact same type as before), connected to internet fine, only to find that it disconnects when using phone and the phone is engaged for incoming calls when on net. Have tried another new set of microfilters and still same!!!!

Oh yes sky is unplugged. Never had any problem before.

Sounds like the lightning may have damaged both the phone itself and the electronics inside the main BT box. Can you borrow a normal plug in phone from someone and try that first. If that doesn't solve it, phone BT.
