Wireless Keyboard And Mouse

Hi There
Ive got my Pc setup on the big screen so needed a wireless keyboard and mouse. I had a Microsoft Desktop 1000 one but didnt work. Windows could not find the drivers even after Installed them from the CD it just kept saying the drivers couldnt be found.
I got a differnt one. TRUST Wireless Optical Slimline Deskset. Followed the instructions and ive got the exact same problem. Windows cannot find the dam drivers.
Ive tried everything.
Please for the love of God help me. Its driving me insane. Its only a dam mouse and keyboard why is it SO HARD

Are you installing the drivers before connecting the peripherals?
Don't hook up the devices until you've installed the software and drivers from the included CDROM.
You're going to have to uninstall all TRUST related drivers and software before you try again.

Hi there.
I tried again and failed.
Windows Is detecting Wireless keyboard and mouse but when searching It finds nothing. Nothing on the CD or my hard drive.
WHYYYYY!!!!
