Acer TFT 19" fonts problem

Hello every one Thanks for reading this post...I have bought second hand Acer 19" TFT screen...its working ok but writing on the screen its strange eg: numbers and letters seems bold and unbold... like 3unbold but 8 bold same with the letters some bold and some unbold when i move the curser slowly on the screen edges of the curser goes bold and unbold...its making hard to read. Any suggestions/help?
