Does anyone have any good ideas for disposing of all the cables, connectors etc that mount up each time we buy new computers, printers and other peripherals. I would hate to put them in the bin - many are new and still in their packets. Thanks for any help! Kanga |

Couple of things you could do, keep them as they may come in handy for replacements. Sell them on eBay and make a couple of quid. Give them away to friends, family or your local charity shop. Make an arty design and sell it for a few million quid to some posh bloke |

As most of them will have copper wire inside and the scrap value of copper is astronomical (round about £4000 a tonne or about two quid for a pound) you might want to strip off all the insulation and get a few bob for the wire from your local scrappy. |
