Canon Pixma MP460 "Cant Access File"

Hi,
I've recently purchased a Canon Pixma MP460 Scanner/Copier/Printer.
When loading the software it says "Cannot Access File As It's In Use By Another Process", without naming the process.
When I run "Drivers Guide Toolkit" it shows a printer driver with a question mark and unknown, therefore I cannot locate this driver which I think is causing the problem.
Can anyone tell how to locate this driver or a way around it.
