Help with new monitor?External HD
Hello folks If these questions are a bit silly please forgive me. My wife's just bought me a new 19" widescreen tft monitor and it's brilliant. The only problem is when i open up ie the pages only take up half to 2/3s of the screen. The resolution is 1440x900. Is there a way i can stretch to full screen? Question 2: I'm expecting delivery of a new external drive...seagate freeagent 250G (on gmac and mouse's recommendation ). Would you recommend deleting photos and music etc after copying onto the drive and access them from there or use it only for backup purposes? i would like to free up a bit of space on the pc...please forgive the ignorance.

You do not need to delete the files that are on your PC if you've backed them up, the only time you would consider doing this is, if you're running out of disk space on your PC, is that the case, if not then the choice is completely yours?
As you have a widescreen monitor, the web pages will look different due to the way web pages are designed. This can't be fixed easily (if at all), it's probably best to set the monitor resolution to something smaller like 1280x1024, you really only need very high resolutions for high end gaming, movies and video/photo editing.
