Lap top with built in webcam

I have just purchased a Advent 9517 laptop with built in webcam. What do I need to access the webcam ? As far as I can see no software is installed

Apparently some of these webcams will only work whilst using MSN Messenger or Windows Live Messenger and indeed don't have any other software.
Try pressing the Fn + F10 keys together to switch it on whilst in one of the above programs.
Software such as . . . . >> Dorgem << . . . . is sometimes installed to use the webcam when not in one of the programs mentioned.
