Ubuntu live cd

ive downloaded the ubuntu file to burn to disc as described in web user issue 178 but im stuck when it says "find the saved iso file (the file name will have a suffix of .iso)" but i cant find the file with that suffix, am i looking in the right place, ive downloaded the infrarecorder as mentioned in the magazine and ive unzipped the file after it was downloaded,
can anyone help

Chris49,
I don't know much about Ubuntu I am afraid but have you tried searching for the file in, Start : Search. Then in 'All files and folders' type in *.iso which will return a search on all your .iso file extensions and then look at the time and date the file was made to link it in with your download.
It might be a start.
