Windows 98 bootup options

I am trying to configure a Windows 98 PC so as to make the CD drive the first option to boot up the computer but can't find the CD ROM drive in the BIOS. Help anyone please. Thanks

It's there, look in all the sub-sections!

Unless it is not physically connected.

Hiya BurrWalnut,
Have found "Boot Sequence" and then highlighted it but can't figure out how to make CD drive the primary because no options were shown?

Re: Windows 98 bootup options

They (BIOS set ups) do vary but use keys like; Enter to select the item then perhaps the direction arrows or the + and - keys.

You can't do anything wrong by using the wrong keys.

Re: Windows 98 bootup options

Try the Space bar to get to the options or possibly the up/down/left/right arrows.
