Vista for sale

Hi,
Does anybody know if it is 'legal' to sell a genuine copy of Vista on say ebay for example?
When Vista was released approx 12 months ago I rushed out and bought an OEM 64bit version.
After a year of struggling with different issues/problems I would like to sell the 64bit copy and swap over to a 32bit copy, hopefully, for an easy life
I'd just like to check the 'legality' of this first.

An OEM version can be loaded on one machine only. When that machine ‘dies’ so does your copy of Vista.
Wait a couple of weeks for SP1, which should make things easier for you.

Ok, thanks for the reply.
I'll see what the service pack can do then.
Fingers crossed it'll be worth the wait.
