Does it show in your list of start up programmes ?
Click on start > run > in the open box type in msconfig > OK. When the system configuration utility box opens click on the "start up tab" > look for an entry that says DVDRAMSV .If it's showing remove the tick from the box beside it and click apply then close. You will then be asked to restart your pc for the changes to take effect.

Just to add to my previous post..... This entry appears in your hijacklog ..Service: DVD-RAM_Service - Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. - C:\WINDOWS\system32\DVDRAMSV.exe . It appears it's a genuine service and is related to a DVD Burner Driver for Matsushita DVD Drives. If my first option doesn't help you can try going in to "services" ( start > all programs > administrative tools > services ) and looking for the entry in the list. If it's set to start automatically you can change the setting to manual. I'm not too sure how this would affect the operation of your drive so if you find you have a problem after the changes it would simply mean you would have to reverse the process.
