P2P legal victory.

Here is a very interesting article about P2P file sharing programs.

Anyone know what that was about? In case it's at "my end", I'm running Windows ME, IE 5.5 and Web Washer. (AVG and Zone Alarm too, of course)

I've just clicked the link and it's working. Oh no Barney, we're not going to go through that again, are we?

No it's ok, Jonny. I closed Web Washer, just in case, and this time it's working.

Be interesting to see what happens, but I can't really see it working out in favour of the ordinary user. Bit of an awkward one anyway. Copyright laws exist to protect people's work, and rightly so, but then big business gets involved, pushing prices through the roof and practically forcing consumers to get stuff in any way they can. Perhaps we need to get rid of the "fat cat" middlemen, then everyone would get a fair deal, but then we're into production and distrubution issues.
