MSN Music Problems

I subscribed to the new Msn leagal mp3 service yesterday. I orded 20pounds worth of creadit but during the transaction an error uccured. I then went back and loged in agian to find that they had charged me 60pound! 3 times the amount I ordered.
Ive e-mailed them for my money back, it looks like a good service in general though but I would wait till they have ironed out their problems before subscribing.
