Hosting/compressing

Hi,
I've got an amature movie and im looking for a free web host. the problem is its 382mb wmv.
Does anyone know of a host able to handle that file size.
or
can anyone recomend a program to compress it down to a smaller size. i know of a site that will let me upload 100mb but i would assume compressing 382mb down to 100mb would loose to much quality.
any help would be great.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately i started uploading the file and it told me 200mb at a time. My file is 382mb.
Same problem everywhere it seems.
Looks like compression is the way to go. Any ideas on tools for that.
