stuttering sound?

Hi.
On my packard bell laptop everytime i listen to music when im doing something else it aaaaalways stutters at the start and during the song? its driving me crazy! it even happens when i turn on the computer that little intro song stutters!
anyone got any suggestions as to what i can do to fix it???

Basically it means you haven't got enough memory in your laptop to cope with the demands of doing two things at once. How much Ram has it got?

Download Belarc Advisor from here and run it. It will tell you all sorts of things about your laptop including how memory it has.
