ive run into serious issues/problems and need some help
after updating to itunes 7.6 i have been unable to use itunes.upon clicking on the itunes shortcut i get a message that "the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource thats uavailable.
click ok or enter an alternate path to a folder instalation package "itunes.msi"
below thatare several options to browse or to use the source indicated.neither help then another box opens and states "the path c:/documents and settings\all users\applications\data\aple compute\installer cache\itunes 7.6.0.29\itunes.msi cannot be found.verify that you have access to this location and try again or try to find the installation package in a folder which you can install the product itunes.

ive attempted to uninstall itunes and quicktime but im unable to do that.

ive read on itune help forums that to download the windows installer clean up
utility and run it and uninstall all quicktime and itunes and apple and to then reinstall them.

i cannot uninstall the programs by using the add/remove facility also.

but i cannot install this as soon as i try to install i get an error
message. microsoft VB script runtime error code 800A01AD

any help or suggestions would be a great help.sorry for the length of post.
