limewire firewall

my friend has jus downloaded limewire but it wont connect he is using zone alarm free firewall and is on virgin media cable isp with realtek modem been thru firewall followed limewire instructions but wont connect any help would be appreciated cheers giddy

You aren't going to get a great deal of help to install file sharing software from this forum, I'm afraid. If your friend wants to do some illegal downloading best he asks somewhere else.
