Napster Problem

I have paid for and downloaded some tracks from napster. I cannot burn them to a CD because it comes up with the following error:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error

This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

It refers to C:/program files/Napster/napster.exe

Can anyone help, sounds like it's not installed properly to me. When I click on OK after this message comes up it just shuts down the whole program.

Re: Napster Problem

Don't know the answer but.....If you're a customer you're entitled to support. There's a help request form that can be filled in and they say they will respond within 24 to 48 hours. Alternatively if you wish to try a reinstall of Napster , you can do so ( providing you are a member ).

Details .

Re: Napster Problem

Well the problem seemed to fix itself this morning. My husband faffed around all last night trying to burn the tracks onto a CD and ended up downloading a later version of media player. When we logged into Napster this morning it started off reconfiguring itself and when we tried burning onto the CD, no message came up and it worked.!! I'm thinking Napster is a bit expensive anyway, so won't be using it again.
