Error Can not See WMP Video

Whenever I try to download a video from Windows media player I get a " An eternal application error has occurred" I have Mozilla firefox. I try and click onto the WMP in the START MENU and still get this message.

Try this : click start > run > in the open box type in regsvr32 jscript.dll > OK.
Follow the same procedure for regsvr32 vbscript.dll .
Give WMP another try.
