Really sorry if this has been brought up lots of times already, but which is the best and totally free CD to MP3 converter?

Windows Media Player can do it. (Go to Tools, Options, Rip Music tab, Format, Select MP3). Or cdex can do it. I use wmp, as I think that it's the best.
