Looking for DVD to MP3 software

Hi
I am looking for software to allow me to convert tracks from my live music DVDs to MP3 or AAC
Preferably Free
Preferably with the option to allow me to compile a compilation DVD of the best live tracks from all the DVDs
Any ideas?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but audacity should do this.
