Re: Soundless PC?

Sounds like your sound drivers have gotten corrupt along the way, or uninstalled by accident.

We need to know what the name of your soundcard is.

Do you know?

Hiya mouse
I had a look in the Device Manager and clicked on Sounds, Video and Game Controllers and there was two entries. One for my webcam's microphone and the other for Realtek High Definition Audio.

At present all i can hear is static from the speakers?

Hope this has been of some help.

Re: Soundless PC?

Success at last! Went into the Device Manager, clicked on Sound, Video and Game Controllers and there were two entries: Logitech microphone and Realtek High Defination Audio. I disabled the Logitech microphone and that was it! Just hope it lasts now lol. Big thanks to Mouse for all the help.
