WMA/MP3 Tag and Filename editor

Hi,
I want to edit the Tags on my WMA and MP3 files and then rename the files based on Track Number on Song Title.
Is there a good piece of FREE software that can help me do this??

Don't know about WMA files but TagScanner will do as you ask for MP3s.

Thanks, TagScanner handles WMA files as well.
