Hi,
I started getting an error on Musicmtach Jukebox 9 and it first said it was missign a skin.bmp or something and then it gave me and error message that read something like" possible missing play.dll and mixer.dll" . I can't launch the program at all now. I have windows xp.
Can anyone help????

What about a system restore to a date before the problem started.

i can't restore because i have had this problem too long i would loose alot of programs and documents. any other ideas???

You don't lose any documents or installed programs in a system restore.
If you don't want to opt for that, have you considered a reinstall of the software?

Hello...I have tried everything to get musicmatch jukebox going again b/c I have like 400 songs in that library and Im getting the same error message and problem that you did. Did you ever figure out how to fix it???
