can you uninstall WMP10 and reinstall it?

I was wondering if you could uninstall windows media player and reinstall it ? and reregister witha new user name and password ?.

Windows Media Player FAQ See items 2.3 and 2.4. I don't know anything about the registration.

Madeline thanks for your info I uninstalled WMP10 and it just rolled back to WMP 9 i would like to use alternative media site for my music any suggestions?.

You could try Winamp. The basic version is free. I don't use it and I don't know anything about it, but I've often seen it recommended by people on here who use it.

I use winamp and paid for the PRO version so I could copy CDs quicker only cost £6.24 after exchange from $ to £
