new mp3 player sanyo HDD getting started - Help

I just bought this mp3 player and at the moment charging the battery up I have tried and failed to install these programes to get going , has anybody else got this mp3 and any advice would be grateful  is it best to ait till tje battery is fullly charged before attempting to install programmes?.

I would say it's common sense to fully charge the batteries first.

having charged it up i now have probs with when downloading from WMP 10 aborts download after only short percentage ???.
