Napster problem

im trying to rip cd's into mp3 format in napster, ive downloaded the plugin to do this but when i go to the cd options tab, to change it from wma to mp3 and press ok, napster always crashes' napster has encountered a problem etc,,, ' all the other tabs work fine when i press ok, ive download napster 2 or 3 times, but it always crashes,
