Aol access numbers for non BT lines

Hi, I currently use Bulldog as my ISP, however my account has been suspended, aswell as my phoneline. I have been trying to use AOL dial up to get a connection until the suspension is lifted, however it does not give me the option of a dial up number for a non BT line. Can anyone suggest what I can do?

If your phone line has been cancelled I don't see how you can use it for anything, phone calls or internet connections.

The phoneline isn't dead, so if i could get a freephone number I could use it.

You'll have to explain that a bit more. Do you mean you can receive incoming calls but can only dial out if the call is free? If that is the case you haven't got a hope of using a freephone number as no ISP will issue one without you having a contract with them. As the contract requires you to give the ISP control of your telephone line (or at least have a BT line) and you say your account is suspended with your current ISP I don't see a way out of your quandary. Why is your account suspended?
