BBC iPlayer Black Pages

Hope somebody can help.
I've used iPlayer in the past but I'm now trying to use the new iPlayer Desktop to watch TV programs.
When I choose a program to download most of the screen is black and I don't see the download button.
Also using the help pages to resolve the problem on the Desktop download page there is no download button showing.

Problem Solved.
Re-installed everything and updated DRM file.
Try.
