3G Skypephone pay as you go

Hi,
Seen an advert for the 3g skype mobile phones. web page
anyone have any ideas on how much it costs as to make a free skype call you still need to be connected to the net. So how much per min will that be? I just need a breakdown of costs and net charges and costs of calls to other normal phones and mobiles.
Any ideas or liks the the correct website with all info would be excellent.

free calls tells you all you need to know mate.
no you don't need to be connected to the net as it is a mobile phone like any other but with added skype thrown in so while you are picking up the brussel sprouts you can ring your aunty mabel up in australia.
i have had skype on my mobile for over 12 months and it is great mate.
all you need to do is transfer all your skype contacts from your skype phone which is connected to the computer and away you go.
dont ask about the quality of connection on these phones as I use a Nokia N73 and I have had no problems.

yeah was talking of the 3 network.

I was thinking about giving this Skype Phone a go, but I was put off by the fact you can't make Skypeout calls on it.
Obviously, allowing customers to make free calls would be very disruptive to the telco industry!
However I did come across this article which shows a SkypeIN / SkypeOUT workaround for 3 SkypePhone
If anyone reading this has a 3 Skype phone, please let me know if you try this out.

My wife and i both have these phones and whilst the phones are ok, 3 are a total disaster (When i told a guy in a independent mobile phone shop i was on 3 and had poor reception he sympathised with me after he had picked himself off the floor laughing),reception is worse than youd get from the moon( And im in a town for petes sake, not like im living in a remote area in the highlands-no offence to you lovely scots)
Calls keep cuting out thats when we get a reception.
My advice is this...why get a phone giving you 6000 minutes of free skype calls when the service is so damn poor that you cant even use them.
Please read reviews on 3 before you buy, i cant wait to get away from 3 , im counting the days down.
