Skype and UK's 3 working on mobile Internet phone

Soon we will be able to call people on Skype with your mobile
Is it already possible to do this? (as standard, not with complicated software tweaks)

There's also a BBC report on it. Looks good. We have been charged way too much for making mobile phone calls in Europe for far too long.
It's always annoyed me how I can call my brother's mobile in the US for about 1p a min using Skypeout, but him calling my mobile costs 20p a min. Never quite got my head round that one
This is great news. It will make all the other big mobile companies react and consumers will benefit.
This news will also influence the markets internationally, as detailed here.
I'd go as far as to say this could be the beginning of Mobile 2.0 like we've had Web 2.0
