downloading from PC to D600

Hi, have a new D600 and Samsung Studio, but can't seem to download MP3s from my music on PC to the phone, am trying to use a USB cable that plugs in the same socket on the phone as the charger cable does. But won't connect. Advice on best way to do this please, PC does not have bluetooth, should I get a bluetooth dongle or card and card reader, phone takes micro sd cards, I was hoping to do it with a simple cable

Sorry for late reply. Hope you've got sorted. If not, I have D600 with Samsung Studio. Connected and set up fine for me with supplied USB to mobile cable and I straightforwardly transfer MP3s from PC to phone (set one as ringtone) and pics both ways. The trick s getting the basic set up done. Try uninstalling the software from your PC and reinstalling. Make sure you install WITHOUT mobile connected and only connect when wizard tells you to.

Thanks all sorted now as usual my own fault, was using old Samsung usb cable, got the new one out of the box and hey presto! Also bought card and card adapter cheaply from 7dayshop.com. Great phone by the way although wife did not appreciate the ringtone I set up on her phone saying "wow look at me everybody, look how fat I am, I am really big" and then rang her in the middle of Asda.
