The errors you're getting are related to services not loading. They're probably more likely to be as a result of your problems, not the cause.

I'd be inclined to start looking at hardware for the cause.

Test the RAM with Memtest if you only have one stick, otherwise, take one out. If testing with Memtest, run it for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.

If that returns OK, try testing your hard drive with a utility from the manufacturer's website. You need to see who makes the drive. Can you see if you take the side off?
