Try to get it to show a stop code, rather than restarting:
Right-click My Computer > Properties.
Click the Advanced tab, then the Settings button, under startup and recovery.
Remove the tick next to Automatically restart under system failure.
OK back out and see if you get a blue screen.
Make a note of the stop code, usually smething like 0x000008E.
