The quick way would be to use your XP Home CD to wipe the entire hard disk and start from scratch. Are you up for that? It is a very simple process but it will mean having to backup all your data first. However that will only work with a full Windows CD, not an upgrade version.
Given that this technician installed a stolen version of XP Pro on your PC and no doubt charged you for the privilege why don't you get him back and tell him you want it done properly and legally?
