Thanks for reply I think I have found what the PC thinks is the problem, 'though I'm not sure how to fix it It seems to be saying my printer driver is the problem (Brother) However, the printer is on a network with my wife's PC that runs on XP. When I bought my new printer 9 months ago,it had Vista Home Premium installed. I got in touch with Brother who gave me directions to software that made the printer Vista OK. All is working fine on both computers, so should I tamper, or leave alone? J |
