Anyone help please.

Installed from disc FTW 2006 last week after advice from Greysts who told me I needed to download a patch. Everything is now fine, but I have 3 discs with the package of English Records, and scottish records, and Uk Census, to install as well is there anyone can tell me if I need to do anything apart from installation. Is it pretty straight forward or have I to download patches etc.??

Also I am using Windows Vista Premium 32bit and a trial version of Microsoft 2007. I would prefer to put my copy of Microsoft office 2003 onto the computer will I have any problems here??
