Hello all.my problem is with my laptop which runs on vista.When you click on a program or a website a blue circle next to the arrow goes around and around untill the program is loaded then stops.my problem is the blue circle has been going around and around since i started up the computer hours ago and it wont stop.Iv tried restarting the computer but that doesnt work.iv also tried system restore but when that restarts it just says cannot restore from chosen point.i am not an expert on computers so if anyone out there thinks they know the problem i would be very gratefull.
