Hello every time I start up my PC I get this message popping up from the task bar ( Windows has blocked some start up programs ) If I right click on it I get the options, show or remove blocked programs start up programs, run blocked programs, view help exit, when you hover the mouse pointer over run blocked program its showing Win32 Cabinet Self-Extractor ? I do not no what this program is, or how to remove it, or can you turn this blocked programs thing off as its going to be very annoying, every time I turn on my PC its going to pop up ?
