Hi,

I have been using power2go to burn DVDs for a couple of weeks and all of a sudden it has stopped working.

I set up my to burn list and tell it to burn and it processes but once it come to the actual burning stage it says an unexpected error has occurred and stops. It gives an error code of: 0xff030c00

But I cannot find anywhere which tells me what this relates to.

I am running Vista and have recently run some updates. DEP has prevented me from running the Windows DVD maker which then also does not work even after switching off DEP. I have found the WDVDM has never worked when I have tried it no matter what.
