IPOD Video Convertors

hey, i was wondering does anyone know any free IPOD video convertors that work with windows Vista. I used to use Videora on my XP machine, but now i have vista it converts the video but doesnt add to itunes.
If anyone knows of one help would be greatly appreciated.
