Nero...problem downloading

I cant get Nero to download properly and have now a strange error message,it says"cant install Nero 7,not compatible with Nero 7"?
Ive tried uninstalling it,it appears its uninstalled,but when i go into search nero,it finds loads of files which I cant delete?
