Downloading Album Art from ITunes/Media Player for use on Mobile Phones

Hi
I'd like to see the above subject covered in a little more detail that I've been able to glean from reading some of the knowledge base material such as those found on the Sony Ericcson web site. ITunes & Media Player don't exactly make it clear how you go about downloading and moving the subsequent 'art' and mp3 file created.
