Using Madeline's link to the ccleaner site you're given a choice of three versions to install - Standard Build, 2652kb; Basic (no toolbar), 629kb or the Slim version (no toolbar, English only), 471kb - I've downloaded the final option
(there is a warning that the last two are for system admin or advanced users!)
