Update on this I tried version 1 and It wouldn't run
Reverted back to My old Version of 0.9.4 and its running happily
Last version in the Stable "0" range is Version 0.9.9 (16 MB download)
Background note if you want to try VLC out this Program uses the Quicktime engine as a base so Install or update this Program before installing VLC
