CD Collection Cataloguing Software ( Free )

Can anyone out there recommend any good CD collection cataloguing software .I want something simple that reads my cd's and lists them by artist , song title or album title and allows me to add photo's and comments etc .I have seen one advertised on e-bay from a guy in Australia which seemed reasonably priced and looked as though it would do the job . Anybody got any thoughts on this one ?
Even better if anyone knows of a good free one .
