I have run the Internet Booster and doesn't seem to screw anything up; difficult to tell whether it's made my internet access any quicker, it's certainly not slower.
Advanced SystemCare Free seems to be such a nicely well-rounded program for maintaining a system at a high level of performance that I have it running on my machine all the time and use it's functions regularly without any problems.
